3D Character Artist  

• Creation of photo realistic 3d human and other humanoid character
• Liaising with art director and lead character artist on the style, scope and polish of work
• Creating 3D versions of all artwork, including rigging, working out points of movement of axes, adding skin and texture
• Working to production schedules
• Curating asset libraries
• Working with animators and rigger to deliver effective models that move and perform believably
• Texturing character to final product.

● Portfolio of character modeling with good topology.

● Experience in digital sculpting, modeling, UV mapping, texturing

● Vision to take a simple 2D sketch to fully realized 3D model

● Skilled in organic modeling

● Understanding of mesh topology and edge loops

● Knowledge of anatomy - proportions, muscle, and skeletal structures.

● Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines

● Strong technical skills, knowledge of industry-standard software such as Z Brush, Maya/Blender.

● Ability to retopologizing mesh from the digital sculpture.
