Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Track customers selling performance and proactively suggest ways to grow (upselling and cross-selling)
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Cascade qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Team with project and distribution sales team to build pipeline and close deals
- Process purchase orders thru JDE
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or any business-related course
- Has proven inside sales experience at least 3 years preferably in the construction/building materials industry from multinational companies or large corporations
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience, dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Mgt. (CRM)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
