Job Description
- Support the team by supervising marketing efforts (on-ground and on-line) either managing school orientations, hiring events or actively conceptualizing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives
- Plan, source out and activate recruitment events with potential and existing partner schools and other lead generation efforts
- Support the overall marketing of objectives of UTP both externally and internally
- Take responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the program and marketing team
- Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception up to delivery.
- Provide regular information and progress reports as required to improve marketing efforts
- Plan approaches, pitches, and marketing materials.
- Work with team to develop content and visuals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives and do appropriate competitive research as needed
- Participate in pricing the solution/service as well as proposing any promotional offers
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates with a marketing or business degree or those with 1 year work experience in a relevant position.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills, including business writing ability.
- Impressive negotiation, crisis management, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and time management skills
- Must be extremely organized and good with multi-tasking
- Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Must be a self-starter and proactive and can think outside the box
- Ability to use Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
