We’re looking for someone to join On-Off Group as a Senior UX Researcher. As a Senior UX Researcher you will be in charge of user research projects for our clients . We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, fun and passionate about learning from the other fantastic people at On-Off Group as well as our clients.
A Senior UX Researcher works within the User Experience Team and is expected to work with our clients in delivering to the highest standards. We are passionate about helping our clients to find and solve the right problems and you will follow the On-Off Group methodology to help you do this. You won’t always be told exactly what to do but people at On-Off Group are always there to support each other and encourage creative thinking. With this in mind we aim to empower our people by agreeing to give radically candid feedback. If this sounds like you then read on!
For a role like this you’ll need to be able to understand the client’s research and learning objectives and craft a research and interview/usability test script. You’ll need to analyze data to find patterns and then communicate what you found so the client can improve their product or service. Things change very quickly at On-Off Group and for our clients, so if you are the type of person who likes to be a pioneer then this is a perfect place to be.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in User Experience (UX), Qualitative Research or other related fields (ex. research)
- Understanding and practical application of various UX research methods
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly in written and oral reports
- Our office is in Makati City and whilst we encourage remote and flexible working you will be required to come to the office regularly
- Ability to champion human-centered design, UX and the needs of our users
- Experience in handling client work (eg. coordinating, reporting, responding to issues) with senior level management
