Job Description
Our business partner, TradeID is a tech company that allows allows Indonesians to invest commission-free in Indonesian stocks and invest in fractional shares of US stocks from 1 app. They are planning to make stock investing accessible to every.single.person. Their vision is an investment world without borders, barriers or minimums and they’re on a mission to help Indonesians achieve their financial goals.
Now, TradeID is looking for a Lead Engineer based in Jakarta.
Job description :
- Lead, develop and mentor engineering talent with strong company vision, mission and values
- Build, test, and release product-facing features with stringent scalability requirements. These features could be related to trading, market data and security
- Lead and participate in the full product cycle - including code reviews, prototyping with fast iterations in the agile environment
- Foster collaboration and productivity within the cross-functional high-performing team
- Keep abreast of new industry-wide trends and best practices in development, with the ability to advocate for and achieve continuous change and revolution within financial services domain
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent
- Solid understanding of relational databases and transactions
- Intimate familiarity of Laravel or Go is a plus
- Comfortable writing highly concurrent systems
- Good intuition for REST API design
- Creative and efficient problem solver
