Job Description
Your main objective as a Talent Acquisition is to fulfill all vacant positions with the right quality, time, and budget. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Communicate and calibrate with all user to understand the need and requirements of any requested positions.
- Build applicant pipeline by using job portals, social media, websites, and do head hunting using linkedin and other resources such as connecting to university / colleges / community services
- Test, assess, and interview candidates via phone call and face to face
- Schedule candidates to user interviews
- Facilitate all users and interviewers in making decision based on all assessment results during the selection process.
- Consult to Head of HR department in making offering letter for candidates
- Do onboarding for all new employee
- Track and manage all the candidates movement and progress
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in management/psychology/law
- Have at least 1 year experience in recruitment
- Have passion and willing to build career in recruitment
- Have experience in sourcing and selecting candidates using multiple tools especially interviewing people
- Able to communicate well in oral and writing both to candidates & management
- Able and willing to work under a fast phased circmstances
- Result oriented and have a quick action in identifying and solving problems
- Willing to travel all across Indonesia
