Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Assist staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to set up systems, install software or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Support roll-out of new applications
- Setup new user accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Windows 7, 8, 10 proficiency
- File and printer sharing
- PC hardware troubleshooting
- Good English Communication Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Must be amenable to work in Ortigas (Head Office) or QC (Panay Avenue Office) if needed.
