Job Description
As part of the Admin and Accounting Department, the Admin and Accounting Assistant will mainly be in charge of Documentation. He/she will be helping out in the day-to-day accounting tasks such as check voucher preparations, management of accounts receivables and payables, maintenance of the company's books, and other Accounting-related work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy or any related course
- Experience as office staff is a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Highly organized
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, Computer Navigation
- Can work independently
- Can work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
