Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support: This may involve diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Responding to inquiries: Must respond to inquiries from end-users via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while dealing with customers.
- Troubleshooting problems: Must be able to identify and troubleshoot problems effectively. They should have a good understanding of common technical issues and be able to provide solutions or escalate the issue to the appropriate team.
- Documenting and tracking issues: Must document all customer interactions and track issues in a ticketing system. They should be able to provide regular updates to customers on the status of their issue.
- Providing user training: Responsible for providing user training on software and hardware products to end-users. This may include creating training materials and delivering training sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience
- Should have a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems. They should be familiar with operating systems, email systems, and software applications commonly used in the industry.
- Strong customer service orientation and be able to provide support in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic programming experience/background in C#, Python, SQL is an advantage but not required.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig on a shifting schedule, 6 times a week
