Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management and leading of overall IT Service Support and IT asset in Manila Office
- Establishment of the new office which may include procurement and installation of WAN, network, desktop equipment, and peripherals
- Manage L1 & L2 support in Manila Office
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Procurement of end-user devices and peripherals
- Setup and configuration of end-user devices (i.e. laptops)
- Troubleshoot local network issues, assisting the Manila-based team where required
- Liaise with local hardware and service vendors to ensure consistent delivery of service
- Provide advice and guidance on the use of technology to Manila-based users
- Tagging and tracking of VGW IT assets
Minimum Qualifications
Essential Skill and Experience:
- Experience in delighting customers and users through the provision of great IT support
- Great interpersonal skills - capable of working with people at all levels within the organization
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills (hardware and software)
- Experience with ChromeOS, Windows, and MacOS
- Experience in supporting G Suite
- General awareness and ability to adhere to best practice for information security
- Experience with Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, and Change Management processes
- Familiar with the ITIL framework, Service Operation in particular (ITIL foundations certification preferred)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 8 years of working experience as a manager or officer in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database/Hardware/Software or equivalent
- Must be willing to work in Makati
