Job Description
- Assist the Project Head on the coordination and daily supervision of all site/office workss
- Update activities throughout the project
- Focuses on MEPFS/ HVAC
- Responsible in coordination and control of construction and/or other related works
- To liaise and coordinate on technical matters, submissions, and approvals of project
- Submit project reports and update status of project progress
- Review project specifications, technical drawings and variation request
- Monitor quality, ensure smooth work progress, controlling budget up to finalizing accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- With background in MEPFS/ HVAC is an advantage
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Having Latin Honors is highly advantageous
- With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage (i.e. Board Topnotcher, etc.)
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly competent, self-driven and have passion for excellence
- Experience in facilities or building management is an advantage
