Job Description
- Serves visitors; greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Reserves room for client to use; not limited for cancellation and reschedule request
- Mails & parcels filing for clients;
- Manages & report petty cash;
- Manages office utilities as client's facilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experincing in the same field is a priorty;
- The ability of English communication is a plus;
- Confident, active and friendly;
- Positive attitude;
