Interaction Designer (IXD)  

Collaborate with the Product team to help gain insights and turn them into design opportunities & create products, services, spaces, interactions, and experiences that are tested, usable, and useful.

Responsibilities :

• Assess whether a problem is worth solving, keeping the users, business, strategy, and feasibility in mind
• Build interaction models, flows, storyboards, and wireframes and use them to convey information to stakeholders/team members
• Plan, orchestrate, conduct, and communicate user research activities and insights

• Familiar with prototyping tools, such as Sketch (mandatory), Marvel (+)
• Familiar with user research methods and tools such as ethnographic interviews & participatory sessions
• Capable of conducting user research - from creating your own questions and hypotheses, creating the measurements, recruiting participants, conducting the research, and synthesizing the results to getting buy-in from stakeholders
• Can handle ambiguity and contribute to improving team workflows and processes
• Like to help others become better designers
