General Affair Lead  

General Affairs Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of administrative and organizational tasks in support of the national Warung Pintar operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all GA related requests from Warehouse and Office fulfilled
• Maintaining contract, license and agreement of building rent, google suite, cleaning service, and IT Related
• Monitoring maintenance required at all Warung Pintar assets to ensure zero downtime
• Perform Stock Opname for all assets at Warung Pintar
• Review monthly office supplies procured
• Ensuring procurement flow at the GA squad meets the standard operation procedure (SOP)
• Create a GA monthly expenses report
• Ensuring on time payment for all GA related billing
• Leading renovation projects for office and warehouse, from gathering the requirement, conducting tender, until handover to users
• Office and Warehouse expenses budgeting
• Creating and reviewing GA related SOP
• Office seating arrangement management

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Management, Legal Affairs,or equivalent from reputable universities
• Have an experience at least 1 years as General Affair Lead / General Affair Senior Officer / Facility Coordinator / Office Manager
• Computer literacy (Ms Office)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team without close supervision
• Planning and organization skill
• Ability to multitask and be highly organized
• Strong organizational skills with a problem solving attitude
