Job Description
- Take vision of Business and articulate that into product roadmap and visions
- Lead the Product Development efforts within the timeline
- Manage Associate Products and Squads
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to define and prioritize product requirements
- Working closely with engineering, quality assurance and project management teams to scope efforts, identify and manage dependencies and verify implementations
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years product management experience
- Experience leading product teams
- Experience functioning as a product owner in an agile software development team
- Strategic thinker and very strong attention to details
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities
- Understanding of Trello, JIRA, GitLab and GitHub
- Understanding of canvas model : idea validation, design thinking and business model
