Project Development Lead  

1. Supervise and monitor the performance of the Project Development team

2. Develop and implement marketing strategies for WKE services

3. Develop business development strategy for consulting business

4. Design tools and systems to improve the efficiency of the Project Development team's work.

5. Conduct pitching sessions to clients to promote Dept and Waste4Change services, especially to strategic potential clients and provide tailored solutions.

6. Develop Dept project proposals with clear outputs, timelines, and resource allocations based on client needs, especially to strategic potential clients.

7. Maintain effective communication and relationships with all stakeholders related to Dept, both external and internal.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Environment Engineering, Management Business, Industry Engineering, or any related field.
• Have experience of leading a project/team minimum 2 years.
• Passionate about consulting, environmental issues, and sustainability.
• Experienced in sales, marketing, and project management.
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for consultancy services, including client outreach and strategic partnership building.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
