Job Description
- Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers.
- Develop technical mastery of equipment assigned.
- Conduct installation, commissioning, equipment demonstrations, programming, assembly and client’s training for assigned equipment whenever necessary.
- Handle Sales Engineers’ and/or client’s technical inquiries and issues.
- Perform maintenance, testing, troubleshooting & repair of assigned equipment.
- Check and filter compliance to technical specifications required by customer.
- Knowledgeable to assigned equipment’s unique selling preposition (USP).
- Prepare and on-time submission of service and/or accomplishment reports.
- Keep him/herself updated to the development and/or innovation on the assigned equipment.
- Programming of MySQL,SQL and troubleshooting
- Programming of WaterCore
- On-call support for clients and Sales Engineers
- Conduct technical presentations to LGUs/clients.
- Provide support to other equipment not assigned to him/her.
- Continuous knowledge development to the assigned equipment.
- Equipment delivery including loading to and/or unloading from vehicle.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Graduate of Instrumentation or similar fields
