Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all search engine marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing, Amazon, and eBay.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Measure and report performance of all search engine marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, providing image direction for ad creatives, and optimize the user experience.
- Post-campaign reports & data analysis
- Facebook Ads creation, management and reporting

LOCATION: Work From home during the pandemic but will be working on site once vaccination is rolled over. However, can be 100% remote also for the right candidate!
WORKING HOURS: 9am to 6pm AU time, (6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm Manila, Monday to Friday)
Pre-Screening will be done via Video Call
Referral Fee: P5,000

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- BS degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital ads strategy and implementation
- Experience and knowledge with Google Ads Manager, and other Search Engine Marketing Platforms
- Extensive Experience in ad tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Extensive Experience in setting up and optimizing Search Engine Marketing Campaigns
- Passionate about learning about the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Facebook Ads creation, management and reporting
