Job description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate will have a passion for establishing strong relationships with their clients, strong experience leading strategy and executing offsite SEO campaigns, and the ability to lead, train and grow a team. A successful candidate is a true SEO expert – someone who has a deep understanding of Prospecting and Outreach, and who is obsessed with link building, content placements, staying ahead of the curve in the industry, and ongoing program optimization. Responsibilities

• Assessing link-building opportunities and developing strategies to meet client goals, deliver excellent user experience, and increase organic traffic for a limited number of enterprise-level clients
• Dedicated to growing the program and ensuring all efforts follow Google’s best practices
• An expert in Pitchbox (or comparable platform) and can use the tool inside and out
• Tracking Offsite KPIs and monitoring the performance of the Offsite team
• Maintaining and updating internal training programs
• Collaborating with internal teams including Creative, Analytics, Development, and Sales to align on strategy, define priorities, share performance, and outline improvement opportunities and plans
• Developing or finding Prospecting, Outreach tools, templates, and best practices for internal and external use
• Continuously innovating the SEO Offsite program

• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3-4 years experience in Offsite SEO, including Prospecting and Outreach
• Prior experience in a digital agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead Outreach strategy to improve SEO performance
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization platforms, including Google Analytics and Data Studio
• Experience with SEO tools such as Pitchbox, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Deep understanding of current and future digital trends across platforms
• Solid background in UX, SEO, and SEM principles and methodologies
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience building and executing enterprise Offsite SEO campaigns (preferred)
