Job Description
- Create and develop a customized health plan/health program for clients.
- Demonstrating exercises and routines to clients.
- Able to design and execute individual and small group exercise fitness programs, tailored to the needs and attainable goals of the individual, apparently healthy client, in a safe and effective way
- Understand the need and importance of screening and client assessment; proficiency in conducting these evaluations initially and progressively
- Support clients throughout their fitness journey through providing knowledge and enthusiasm
- Proactively encourage clients to enroll in a program
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Willing to render overtime
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of previous experience in fitness instruction required
- With Personal Gym Trainer license is preferable but not required
- Holder of recognized certification in Fitness/Physical Education is highly preferred
- Certified Fitness Trainer with valid First Aid Certificates/CPR
- Pleasant personality, strong people skills and service-oriented
- Have the ability to interact appropriately on an individual & group basis
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
