Job Description

Successful candidate for the position will be responsible for general office management/administrative tasks which include but not limited to ensuring availability of office supplies, contacting and coordinating with suppliers and facilities management. He/She will support the management by coordinating and organizing COO’s schedule.

As a company nurse, the candidate will be in charge of ensuring company compliance to workplace health and safety standards as prescribed by law. He/She is expected to administer first aid during emergency situations and provide sound advice to health-related concerns of the employees.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with Active PRC license
  • Knowledge of local laws regarding occupational health and safety
  • At least 1 year of Admin related experience
  • Preferably with experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretary
  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in Makati
