Job Description
- Perform product and service presentations to potential members
- Schedule and execute tours of the gym to potential members.
- Manage and Update leads allocate from online efforts
- Request Referrals from existing members
- Assist existing members inside the gym with any needs or questions they may have.
- Update Sales Database.
- Report any negative feedback from existing members to the Club/Sales Manager
- Take direction from the Club/Sales Manager as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Must be physically fit, highly motivated, with an energetic and happy disposition.
- Must be experienced in membership sales and KPI driven targets.
- Must promote and foster a customer focused environment.
