Job Description
- Manage the legal and governmental affairs functions
- Establish standard contract provisions, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with internal & external teams on contracts and negotiations
- Draft, negotiate, review and interpret agreements covering the scope of our corporate and commercial activities
- Set up and fulfil the role of Compliance and Risk Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Law degree from top University with GPA > 3.00
- Competent in English & Indonesian
- Familiarity with regulatory framework
- Minimum 5-10 years experiences in related field
- Excellent analytical skill, proactive in communication and interpersonal skill
- Relevant Post-graduate degree and/or Professional license is an added value
- Anti-Money Laundering certified is preferable
