We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to join our team in a vital time of growth. The IT Manager will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and development of the company’s network, infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure along with managing all aspects of its software applications, IT security and Virtualization
- Supporting the user base of 15+ users in office and remotely in both Dumaguete and Melbourne Australia
- Supporting and maintaining onsite and cloud servers, storage, security and network infrastructure, operating systems and software
- Managing Active Directory and GPO’s
- Managing data backups and recovery
- Managing IT budget / IT suppliers and vendors
- Performing regular security audits and remedy issues detected
- Continuously improving on systems and processes to enhance efficiency, reliability and security of IT infrastructure
- Team training
- Mapping of IT business systems and processes and managing our internal HowTo wiki

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 to 5 years experience in the related field
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and has the ability to explain complex IT in simple terms
- Strong project management skills
