Job Description
- Support management in developing practical strategy for each department in alignment with overall business direction and Socialize work objective from CEO to all worker.
- Continuously monitor and check healthiness of organization in terms of organization development (e.g capability, structure, span of control, etc.)
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, from posting job, sourcing until on boarding program
- Proactively identify talent gap within division, and develop action plan to close the gap, planning Learning Activity for employee through direct follow up and performance review.
- Handling and Provide HR administrative data
- Managing All General Affairs matters (Administrative)
- Managing Payroll
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above from top local or overseas universities in Psychology, Human Resources or Equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years work experience in an HR generalist role with proven leadership track record.
- Solid understanding of Human Resource fundamentals – organization development, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, employment/ Labor laws, psychological testing and psychological analysis.
- Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking, working under pressure and deadlines.
- Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.
- Open and cross-culturally minded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
