Job Description
- Ensure that clients are engaged with the company's products or services.
- Ensuring the client maintains interest in the products and services and is satisfied every step of the way.
- Monitoring, follow up order constraints everyday,
- Respond to message from our customers,
- Communicate courteously with customer by social media and calls.
- Sales Visit and analysis the result of customer behaviour
- Making sales and visit report to direct supervisor
- Do a few of telemarketing jobdesc
Minimum Qualifications
- Last year student / Fresh graduate Bachelor degree in Hotel managements, communication, hospitality, marketing communication, public relations or equivalent.
- Having selling skills / experience
- Good communication skill through phone and face to face with customers
- Excellent in listening skills, understand exactly what customers require.
- Strong problem solving skill and fast learner
- Good in using Indonesian language, both oral and written.
- Minimum Internship Duration : 4 Months
