Job Description
- Work with business leaders to provide business solution through integrated strategies.
- Support Organization for developing new solutions, systems and best practices used by Organization.
- Deliver and continue to improve end-to-end HC processes such as recruitment, learning, reward, and labor administration.
- Control HC Policy and Procedure making.
- Support Objectives & Key Result (OKR) implementation process, and manage the documentations.
- Implement recommendations to improve Organization programs for completeness, effectiveness and opportunities to improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years fully experienced as Human Capital Generalist.
- Detail oriented person.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ready to have fun.
