Job Description
- Support daily operation in resolving the reported incidents within prescribed SLA.
- Proficient in development, technical design based on functional design documents.
- Analyze and validate the proposed changes in the system.
- Build and maintain good relationship with the ERP team and Client’s team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): ABAP Programming and willing to learn PowerBI.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
