Job Description
- Intensive Development Program are available to help fresh-graduated person to gain real-world experiences in Xapiens work forces.
- Intensive Development Program may work at Xapiens in the IT department, and support the project & operation area in software, hardware and all other technological tasks and issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree.
- Eager to learn new things and possess can-do attitude
- You have the ability to compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive understanding of all Information Technology function will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication both in English and Bahasa is a must, both oral and written.
- Customer-oriented minded and performance-driven.
