Web Developer  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building a strong back-end programming foundation for all website applications.
• Coding, maintaining and modifying websites from layout to function, according to the client and designer’s specifications
• Translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications
• Create an accessible digital environment for the company, ensuring excellent user experience by writing codes web support.
• Review the planned layout and suggest an improvement for an effective and efficient website launching
• Develop the website/webpage including layout, text, video, image, graphics, command buttons, and other interactive functions.
• Custom-build websites from scratch or customize existing sites, as well as directing and performing website updates
• Perform various tests, remote debugging, as well as identifying bugs and fixes for better website execution.
• Use scripting or authorizing languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
• Conferring with the team to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and choose possible and effective solutions.
• Developing and validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces to address all browser and device types
• Understanding the latest web applications and programming practices through education, conferences, workshops, and group discussions.
• Create a contingency plan and back-up files from the websites to local directories for hassle-free recovery.
• Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Evaluating code to ensure its validity, if it meets industry standards, if it is properly structured, and if it is compatible with browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements

We are looking for a tech-savvy Web Developer who wants to create a strong backend programming and support for an effective and accessible digital reality of combined ideas and visuals to promote business and clients’ brands.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in web development
• Must have hands-on experience in building websites – both CMS-based and static websites.
• Should be well-versed in programming languages of WordPress, C#, MVC, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, JS Framework (e.g. REACT, AngularJS), jQuery, Web Programming Skills, Cross-Browser Compatibility, Web User Interface Design (UI), Web User Experience (UX), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design
• Strong understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, scripting, JavaScript frameworks, and general web functions
• Self-motivated to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and can multi-task with various projects
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
