Data Steward  

Develop procedures and processes in compliance with current identified and ISO standards while maintaining the integrity and security of the formulations. Provide expert knowledge of master data in support of Business, Operations and Technology teams. Manage change control processes and systems related to Formula Control. Manage processes to maintain current and historical formulation and raw material information files. Develop standards, guidelines and processes to consistently address master data issues such as data standards and data synchronization.

• Support in driving efforts for the adoption of the Data Governance policies, master data management principles and policies and their implementation, and work closely with different teams to drive adoption, and overcome individual and organizational resistance to change.
• Contribute to research and efforts to understand and document how data should be best managed and used based on standards, laws, and best practices
• Work with data owners when issues are escalated
• Evaluate escalated issues for potential solutions to resolve
• Determine if an unresolved issue requires further escalation
• Work with all resources to ensure that business rules are implemented properly to support business needs

• Required Skill: Standard, KAFKA Streaming (with Real-time Streaming knowledge)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Data Governance role or in a data governed/regulated environment
• Must have experience in business requirement documents (BRD)
• Must have experience in functional requirement document (FRD)
• Experienced in User Story Acceptance Criteria
