Sr. Systems Analyst  

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior to Lead Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, the ability to lead small teams or projects, and a solid background in system analysis, design, testing, and deployment. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee system analysis, design, and implementation across assigned projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document business and technical requirements.
• Design and optimize system architectures using SQL and Oracle database structures.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure stability and performance.
• Manage end-to-end deployment processes and ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.
• Prepare system documentation, technical specifications, and process flows.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for system integrity, security, and scalability.

Non-Negotiable Qualifications & Skills

• Strong background in SQL and Oracle database structures
• Hands-on experience in system design, analysis, testing, and deployment
• Experience working in on-premise, hybrid, or cloud environments
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Preferably with experience leading small teams or project groups

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with system integration tools or middleware
• Knowledge of scripting languages or automation frameworks
• Background in IT governance, documentation, and process improvement
• Experience in stakeholder management or cross-team coordination

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
