Responsibilities
Our Business Intelligence Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Data Architecture I improve data architecture in support of fostering a data-driven company culture; Built set of informative sales dashboards and reporting structures to link daily sales reports; Strategies and execute upon innovative ways of data collection to support improved understanding of business operations.
- Salesforce I Expand functionally Salesforce by customization, amongst others in support of improved tracking of KPI’s, forecasting & budgeting; Support implementation of Salesforce for Sales department and other departments.
- ERP System I Source a fitting Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system in support of the integrated management of core business process including procurement, production, distribution, accounting and human resource; implement newly sourced ERP from scratch and integrate with Salesforce software.
- BI Team I Recruit, train and manage a BI Team, initially consisting of Commercial Analyst and Commercial Admin; Assist the sales team with data Analyses and administration; Make reports and analyse data; Assist on any other data analyses and BI related.
- Business Development I Translate data insights into exceptionable initiatives; Strategize, built and deploy new IT Projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Solid academic background; especially majoring computer science, information systems or engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, experience in database queries of consumer (health & beauty) products is preferred;
- Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Strong in quantitative and qualitative reasoning and good with numbers. Familiar with project management and reporting
- Must Have Experience:
o Data architecture, data management & data analysis
o Designing enterprise-level reporting & modifying data
o Developing multi-data source queries
o Facilitating the creation of new data reporting models
o Advanced Excel
o SQL / Scripting
o Evaluating BI Software and reporting tools
o Software knowledge
- Nice to Have Experience:
o Metabase or similar platforms (Tableau, R, Insight, etc.)
o Exposure to FMCG/retail
o Salesforce, ERP
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and Excellent problem-solving skills;
- High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business;
- Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
- Strong feeling of responsibility;
