Job Description
- To carry out the evaluation and analysis of the Indonesian market, assist in the analysis and formulation of sales plans, formulate branch/city strategies, take the lead in the formulation and implementation of branch channel promotion plans, and put forward Suggestions on regional media selection;
- Refine category and channel standards and supervise implementation according to regional characteristics;
- Assist branch marketing manager to coordinate with key customers and channel department to implement marketing plan, channel promotion plan, vivid display plan and various standards;
- Publicity and implementation of the headquarters promotion plan and various kinds of promotion activities in the Indonesian market;
- Assist dealers to implement regional standardization of various categories/brand standards;
- Carry out the planning and management of gifts and promotional materials in Indonesia market
- Guide and cooperate with dealer team to collect/feedback market information; Collect and evaluate the implementation of promotion activities;
- To make the promotion budget and management of Indonesia branch;
- Finish the temporary work arranged by the leader on time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing from reputable University
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin ( must )
- Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply
- Can Operate Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Premier Pro
- Have minimum 1 years experience in related field and worked in FMCG Industry Company will be a plus
- Required Skill(s): good communication, good relationship, good corporate attitude
- Can work individually and in a team
- Willing to go for business trip
