Product Manager - Retail  

As the Retail product manager, you will be planning and leading the development of our e-logistics solution for the MSMEs (Micro-, Small- and Medium-Enterprises) and everyday consumers. It is important to understand that you will be the central hub within the company for a lot of critical information about our retail product/s, market, competitors, customers, prospects, key industry analysts, and many others.

Responsibilities:

• To set the long-term vision and strategy for your company’s products.
• To communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders.
• To continually gather and analyze data and business intelligence from all of these sources (as well as your internal sources like sales and customer service) — and use this data to inform the evolution of your product roadmaps.
• To develop and maintain roadmaps to drive products, establishing and communicating product requirements, overseeing usability testing and prototype development, prioritizing features, writing enhancements and defining and tracking metrics
• To execute on the product roadmap by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing product marketing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of creating and growing userbase/s, consumer-facing products preferred
• Skills required include: Strategic thinking, Problem-solving, Communications, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Data-based decision making
• Comfortable working with technical concepts such as A/B testing, software development lifecycle methodologies, product measurement platforms (Google analytics, Mixpanel,etc), UX design
• Must be detail-oriented, deadline-conscious and results-driven
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience working independently and a track record of taking the initiative
