Job Description
- Identify opportunities for growth for the company
- Coordinate with different departments for partnership integration
- Manage and maintain relationship with hotels
- Report to Country Manager
- Responsible for lead generation, acquisition, and integration of all new hotel partners for ZEN Rooms Philippines
- Grow existing hotel partners to next partnership level, including full hotel management
- Many opportunities of growths within Rocket Internet’s fastest-growing venture
Minimum Qualifications
- Very strong academic credentials (coming from Top University)
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal and sales skills
- Able to work in fast-paced result-oriented environment with challenging targets to be reached
- Shows grit, resourceful, and motivated
- Confident to pitch and manage partnerships successfully.
- Driven by a desire to achieve business goals to contribute to the company’s growth in the Philippines
- Independent and people oriented to ensure duties are done with minimal supervision.
- Confident fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluency in English is a must
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Willing to work in Makati
