Job Description
- Reports to the Deputy Head of Hotel Operations (in charge of HR)
- Audits ZEN Room properties regularly (standard set up and cleanliness)
- Sourcing candidates from different recruitment channels and sending calendar invitations for possible interviews
- Filing of memos, evaluation forms, resume and other documents for internal or official purposes
- Updating of trackers
- Monitoring of pending tasks and doing follow-ups
- Provides assistance on issuing of uniforms
- Other administrative ad hoc tasks that may be requested
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must currently taking up Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- No work experience required.
- Preferably specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Computery savvy
- Good oral/written communications skill
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
