Job Description
- Support in project management of the Content team
- Review and provide strategic insights to properties listed on OTAs and Zen Rooms to maximize profitability
- Assist and lead in registering and updating properties listing on Zen Rooms distribution network.
- Liaise with OTA, PMS, and CMS Account/Support team to resolve the root cause of underlying problems causing dissatisfaction of client and/or hotel partners
- Manage adhoc task related to content such as but not limited to writing of description, creating automatic replies, and curation of policy clause templates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of HRM or Tourism Management from a reputable University or with a good academic performance record
- Must have OTA Account Management experience
- Must be able to navigate OTA Extranet
- Must have experience in leading campaigns to boost sales of hotel/supplier
- Analytical & has a problem-solving attitude
- Must have at least 2 years experience in managing inventory on OTAs such as Booking, Expedia, Agoda & Traveloka and on hotel systems like channel managers and PMS
- Open to take on responsibility and work under pressure
- Detail driven and meticulous
- Ready to experience the pace and fast growth of an eCommerce startup
- Proficient in Excel
- Must be willing to work in Makati/BGC
