About the Role
The Key Accounts Specialist will be responsible for handling and maintaining the relationship of the company to its hotel partners. You will be handling different hotels that ZEN Rooms owns nationwide and develop the relationship and business of the company and its partner to further make the business grow.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your property portfolio
- Grow and maintain hotel partnerships by identifying opportunities for hotels, analyze the hotel’s potential for growth and manage the relationship with hotels’ key personnel.
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Use current partner network to generate new supply leads
- Monitor guest reviews for ZEN Rooms and find quick solutions to avoid similar experiences/ reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
What profile are we looking for?
Academic and Work Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management & sales
- An advantage would be having an experience in early-stage startup or e-commerce environments
Mindset and Attitude
- Open to take on responsibility and work under pressure
- Independent and people-oriented to ensure duties are done with minimal supervision
Skill sets
- Excellent relationship management and great communication skills
- Excellent in problem-solving, analytical skills and critical thinking
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word
