ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Senior Account Manager to maintain and foster relationships with current and future partners
About the role
The Senior Account Manager will be part of a team that is tasked to manage all concerns of customers of the different hotels as well as the company; a role for people who are young, proactive, hustlers that are ready to experience the boom of an eCommerce startup.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onboard all new hotels nationwide
- Work to improve customer satisfaction in all partner hotels nationwide and point person of various Hotel Properties
- Facilitate the improvement of partner hotels’ facilities and training of their staff
- Installation of ZEN Rooms branding materials in all partner hotels
- Key Account Management
Minimum Qualifications
What profile are we looking for?
Academic and Work Experience
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Must have at least 3 years experience in Account Management
Mindset and Attitude
- Has the ability to take on multiple responsibilities and deliver results under time constraints
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Ready to experience the pace and fast growth of an eCommerce startup
- Analytical & has a problem-solving attitude
Skill Set
- Good command in Excel
