ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for Operations System Manager to be responsible for managing training functions and developing strategic policies, procedures, and responsibilities for the operations training department of ZEN Rooms
Roles and Responsibilities
- Team up with top management to accurately spot the training needs of the company, according to analytics and data-driven results
- Supervise the training and improvement of the Tech team through various training sessions and modules
- Organize large amounts of curricula and training materials to be kept as training references
- Bring up new ideas/restrictions to the Tech team based on user's feedback to further improve the team's efficiency and productivity
Minimum Qualifications
Academic and Work Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any course
- Ideally 2 years of proven experience of managing or training teams
Mindset and Attitude
- Self-starter and can develop Operational system training modules
- Self-motivated and self-management efficient
- Proactive in improving operational systems
Skill Sets
- Ideally familiar with Hotelier’s PMS system (Ezee, Opera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
