Job Description
- Using market research, develop and translate concise and quantifiable business goals into marketing communications strategies and activities
- Develops strategies and programs to achieve the Zenius Untuk Guru and Zenius parent engagement missions and objectives
- Collaborates with internal teams to solidify comprehensive campaign plans
- Ensures all campaigns are executed with the highest technical standards in the areas of content, design and impact
- Ensures that projects meet or exceed their objectives
Minimum Qualifications
- More than 3 years of work experience either in Internet or ecommerce marketing, retail or FMCG Marketing, or has passion in the ecommerce marketing
- Strong business judgment and acute marketing sense with a successful track record
- Good degree from recognized university
- Driven and motivated
- Excellent communication capability in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
- Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn
