Zenius is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. From our early beginnings releasing DVDs, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods.
We have now released our powerful content library of more than 80,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.
What You Will be Doing
- Manage Syllabus and Lesson Plan for live programs
- Scheduling and positioning all Zenius live programs
- Arrange Equipment Procurement & Inventory
- Cooperate with Creative Teams to Fulfill All Live Creative Needs
- Manage day-to-day Live Operations (cooperate with live tutors, manage live details, monitoring live classes, issue management)
Minimum Qualifications

- People person. Will be working cross-functionally with other divisions. You should be a pleasure to work with
- Hustle and growth mindset. Be prepared to occasionally work long hours and continuously learn new things
- Problem solver. Focused on how to solve problems rather than what the problem is
- Multitask whiz. You should be able to juggle a number of different projects at once
- Data-driven. Be aware of your own bias. Question everything and trust data as the foundation for changes
- Experienced in production is a plus
