Job Description
- Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote productive work, routine office facility checking
- Management of the company’s fixed assets, fully responsible for the company’s asset management, to avoid the loss and waste of company assets
- Supervise routine and non-routine office purchase such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facilities, maintaining good relationships and negotiating with vendors
- Assist in the management of all forms of permits required by the company
- Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for business trips both domestic and overseas, calculate the transport expense
- Provide support to and coordinate with other departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GA or Office Service
- Strong Leadership and good interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government agencies
