Job Description
- Assisting business operations team and giving direct report to Supply Chain Manager to keep good performance
- Responsible to supervise any movement and distribution of book supplies in the warehouse (inbound - outbound processes)
- Making and analyzing budget plans of book supplies for each branch as well as doing book stock maintenance
- Monitoring book orders and shipment process on daily basis
- Liaising and negotiating with outsource regarding the need of manpower (depending on demand/book orders in warehouse)
- Preparing long term plan of changing manual processes to be system-based (E-Logistic)
- Communicating with suppliers, retailers, customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with a track record at management level
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible with any rapid changes due to dynamic phase
- Having knowledge of people and logistic management
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
