Job Description
- Handle accounting tasks such as prepare journal entries, accrual & prepaid transactions, update assets master data, ensure monthly transaction completeness, monthly closing and reporting.
- Posting journal entries into accounting systems daily
- Update & posting accrual transactions base on query by daily
- Update listing & create asset master data of IA & FA based on query GRPO & asset for daily
- Update listing and create recurring posting journal prepaid daily & monthly for closing
- Involve/check including ensuring all costs are properly recorded in related departments (PL) for closing
- Update BS reconciliation & listing for closing
- Update PL segmentation for closing
- Perform other accounting-related tasks (by request
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- Have at least 0-2 years of accounting experience in a fast pace/ digital company is preffered.
- Good accounting knowledge
- Able to use SAP B1
- Experience in audit (public accounting firm) will be an advantage
- Certified in accounting/auditing (CA/CPA) will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate with internship experience are welcome to apply
