Job Description
What you will do:
- Support OMO Business Unit in all offline branch expansion activities including opening new branches and expanding/relocating/upgrading existing branches
- Assess new franchisees eligibility before partnering with Zenius OMO to determine compatibility, commitment to education, and business potentials
- Conduct site surveys in new areas prior to signing new franchise agreement
- Drive project execution and manage all aspect of branch opening process before handing over to operations team
- Coordinate with related internal OMO departments to support new branches opening activities including licensing, building construction, staff training, pre-sales and marketing activities
- Ensure all Zenius OMO branches design, look, and feel are according to our standards
- Continuous support for new branches on their first year after grand opening to ensure good performance
Minimum Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Have at least 5 years of experience of similar role of expansion/ roll out
- Resourcefulness
- Willingness to travel across Indonesia
- Project management experience
- Good communication skills, conflict management, negotiation skills
- Strong business sense
- Experience in operations management franchise business expansion, marketing, event planning, or construction is a plus
