Zenius Education is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. From our early beginnings releasing DVDs, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods.
We have now released our powerful content library of more than 80,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.
We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our website & web application. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. If you’re interested in creating a user-friendly environment by writing code and moving forward in your career, then this job is for you.
What You Will be Doing
- Designing and building - scalable, aesthetic, responsive and ‘Pixel perfect’ front end applications
- Work directly with developers as a Team Lead to conceptualize, build, test and realize p
- Combining the art of design with the science of programming - responsible for the translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code
- Develop, release, maintain and optimize Progressive Web Apps to ensure a seamless digital experience
- Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts
- Translate user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to responsive user interfaces (UIs) with implementation that is modular, reusable and high-performance
- Apply best-practices and coding patterns to ensure solutions are maintainable, modular and work well across browsers and devices
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends in web frameworks technologies
Minimum Qualifications
Who Is Our Ideal Candidate
- 2 years of experience as a Front end developer (Candidates with >2 years of experience will be considered for senior role)
- Software development and a strong command of object-oriented principles/programming in java scripting (OOJS)
- One or more of the following - React JS / React Native / Angular JS/ Vue / Bootstrap/ Next JS
- RESTFUL, SOAP web services and APIs
- Agile Based development methodology like SCRUM, XP
