In this role, you will:

• Assist in the implementation and management of the zennya's medical services
• Conduct routine check-ups to zennya's healthcare providers (nurses and therapists) to assess their health condition
• Participate in curriculum design and development of medical training programs
• Engage in health research (e.g. advancements in patient care, developments in healthcare delivery)
• Manage Electronic Medical Records of clients
• Provide advice in designing data systems to interpret lab tests and prescribe medications or refer to other medical professionals as necessary

• Licensed Physician with active professional license and at least five year of hospital experience
• Graduate of a medical degree from a top university (e.g. UST, UP, ADMU, Ateneo)
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Extensive medical research experience and knowledgeable in regards to diseases epidemiology and other medical conditions
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and savvy with online communication tools
• Detail-oriented, able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent interpersonal and therapeutic communications skills (able to engage with all kinds of people)
• Leadership and strategic thinking (able to lead, motivate and train others)
• Good organizational skills (able to perform multiple activities)
