Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- An expert in using Microsoft office suite
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Extremely pro-active, a can-do attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables
- Strong people skills - you will be dealing with all members of the creative team on a day to day basis so the ability to build a strong connection is necessary
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Operations Coordinator and COO
- As Delivery Coordinator, you will be supporting consultants in with administrative tasks such as managing and organizing their timesheets in Accelo, as well as providing support to their needs for live projects
- Provide support in securing sales opportunities such as researching for clients, projects, etc.
- Responsible in formatting Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents into Struber style format.
- Transcribe audio files sent by consultants into a written document to be documented for reference purposes for sales opportunities
- Provide support and assistance in the scheduling of consultants on a weekly basis
- Accelo is the project management system you will be using (training provided). You will be responsible for creating new tickets and assigning tasks out to the Creative team, tracking progress and update/ closing tasks as they are complete
- Review schedules and job statuses with Project Managers, and if necessary, the individuals working on the jobs
- Ensure stages of the project are met according to the client and creative brief, budget, resource, and deadline deliverables
- Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities.
- Liaise with suppliers to collate quotes for deliverables (i.e. printing, signage, merchandise)
